The Blue Bible

This is regarding Essex Police Action Report 810, which is found here:

I see that three different detectives examined it on three separate occasions, all after Jeremy officially became a suspect - which seems out of sync with the overall direction of the Ainsley-led investigation.  I could well understand a similar exercise later on prior to the trial, as part of normal legal preparation, but to do this during the investigation is another thing altogether.  What value did they think they could derive from the exercise?

If it took three of them, are we to assume the notes were extensive?  Or was there some uncertainty about who had made the notes in the first place?

Why is it believed that this was June's Bible, as opposed to Sheila's or even Nevill's?

You will see in the image of Action Report 810 that there is a sheet next to the Action Report that is a photocopy of the back cover of the Bible.  I wonder if they photocopied parts of the exhibit, as well as June's notes in it?  And if so, what was recorded and why?
