It is quite easy to imagine that Nevill was in the far south-west corner of the main kitchen, right behind the door to the back hallway, due to the way the evidence of PC Collins has been interpreted.  In fact, Nevill's body was photographed at the aga, as we can all see, thus well within sight of the kitchen window.

I do wonder why there is a chair photographed behind that rear kitchen door, which can clearly be seen.  Was that where Nevill was actually found, having been seated with the chair leaning against the door, and he was then inadvertently knocked into the photographed position by raid group officers?  That seems possible, but PC Collin's evidence seems to refute this and plenty of blood was found around the spot where Nevill is photographed.

Was blood found inside the coal scuttle itself?  I can't see any blood visible on the outside of the scuttle, and thinking about it a bit more, how would the blood get where the cushions are without staining the outer casing of the scuttle itself?
